coaching packages

My aim as a coach is to support my athletes with the guidance, tools and advice they need to reach their performance goals and to ultimately enjoy the process at the same time. I apply the knowledge and experience from my own career as a professional athlete to the coaching of all of my athletes.* 

My motto is "love the grind" and by this I mean embracing the process, especially when it hurts and is tough. I'm a firm believer that by harnessing this attitude, athletes can increase the physical progression and improvements they make as they complete their training over time.

I coach athletes targeting distances from the middle distances on the track, all the way up to the marathon distance. Having raced competitively over these distances myself, I have a wealth of knowledge of the different types of training that work for different athletes.


My coaching approach is built on my Psychology background. Having achieved a first class Psychology degree, I apply the knowledge from my studies to my coaching methods, prioritising athlete wellbeing and focusing on smart goal-setting.

  • An individualised training plan, tailored specifically for you, your goals, ability and built around any injury history

  • Structured around your current level of fitness, running goals, distance targets, work, social and family life

  • Includes: runs, sessions, cross training and running-specific strength and conditioning exercises 

  • Training plan live for the next 2 weeks at all times on your TrainingPeaks profile

  • Feedback from coach directly added to runs and sessions via TrainingPeaks 

  • On-hand support, available for advice and real-time tweaking of plans via Whatsapp or email

  • A monthly check-in call to discuss progress, upcoming races and goals and two-way feedback
