My aim as a coach is to support my athletes with the guidance, tools and advice they need to reach their performance goals and to ultimately enjoy the process at the same time.*
My motto is "I love the grind" and by this I mean embracing the process, especially when it hurts and is tough. I'm a firm believer that by harnessing this attitude, athletes can increase the physical progression and improvements they make as they complete their training over time.
My coaching approach is built on my Psychology background. Having achieved a first class Psychology degree, I apply the knowledge from my studies to my coaching methods, prioritising athlete wellbeing and focusing on smart goal-setting.
